Child safety standards

CandysAI is a service exclusively for adults. We do not tolerate any content or behaviour that exploits, sexualises or puts children at risk of harm. This page describes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how we respond to violations.

Zero tolerance

The following are prohibited on CandysAI in particular:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including material created or modified by artificial intelligence,
  • any sexual or romantic content involving minors or characters portrayed as minors,
  • the sexualisation of children, including in jokes, character descriptions, image requests and role play,
  • grooming children or persuading them to make contact or share images,
  • human trafficking, the exploitation of children, and sharing or requesting such content.

How we prevent abuse

  • Adults only. Registration requires confirmation that you are an adult, and we ask you to confirm your age before chatting, creating images or using the character creator.
  • Characters are adults. Every character, including those created by users, is at least 18 years old. The creator does not allow characters portrayed as children, and characters published in the gallery go through a manual review.
  • No erotic content. Conversations may be romantic, but the service does not publish or generate sexual content. Images from characters always show them dressed.
  • Filters and moderation. Every message and every image request goes through automatic moderation. Content involving minors is blocked before it reaches the AI model, and generated images are checked before they are shown.
  • Review of reports. Blocked content and reports are passed to CandysAI moderators.

How to report a violation

  • In the app: there is a Report button next to every message and on every character profile. Choose the reason “Content involving minors” and describe the problem.
  • Using the form: Contact and reports, subject “Content involving minors”. The form works without signing in.

Reports concerning children are handled with the highest priority.

What we do when we detect a violation

  • we immediately block the content and the account,
  • we secure the data needed for proceedings,
  • we report the case to the competent authorities: in Poland, the Police (Policja) and the Dyżurnet.pl team (NASK), and, where necessary, the authorities of other countries,
  • we cooperate with law enforcement in accordance with the law.

Accounts used to try to create or obtain such content are deleted permanently.

We comply with child protection laws in force in Poland and the European Union and in the countries where the service operates, as well as with app store rules, including the Google Play child safety standards.
