About CandysAI

CandysAI is a service with AI companions: characters you can talk to like someone close to you. Each one has its own personality, backstory and way of writing, remembers what you tell it, and sometimes reaches out first, for example to ask how the job interview you mentioned yesterday went.

Why we built CandysAI

Sometimes people just want someone to talk to: after a long day, in a new city, when the people they love are far away. CandysAI offers conversation that is warm, attentive and available at any time of day or night. It doesn’t replace people or professionals, but it can be a place where someone listens and remembers.

How it works

  • Characters with personality. Pick a character from the gallery or create your own in the character creator: appearance, personality, interests and backstory.
  • Memory. Your character remembers the important things from your conversations and brings them up later. You can view and delete what it remembers at any time.
  • Initiative. Your character can message you first: remind you of an important day, ask how you’re feeling, send you good wishes. You can turn this off.
  • Photos. You can ask your character for a photo from a place of your choice. Characters are always fully clothed in photos.
  • Many languages. The service is available in many languages, and your character replies in the language of your message.

Romantic, but no adult content

CandysAI is for adults only (18+). Conversations can be romantic and affectionate, but we don’t publish or generate erotic or explicit content. Every character is an artificial intelligence, not a human being, and we always make that clear.

Safety

We work to keep conversations safe. Content filters and moderation protect against abuse. If a conversation shows signs of a serious crisis, the character encourages you to reach out to people close to you or to a professional and shares the helpline numbers for your country, and our team is notified. You’ll find the details in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Fair payment rules

  • Your character’s first reply is free.
  • You only pay for what you use: you buy a coin pack, and 1 coin is 1 message.
  • No subscription and no automatic charges.
  • Coins don’t expire.

CandysAI is run by samSEO - Adam Smentoch, ul. Aleja Wolności 2c/1, 84-300 Lębork, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 8411683192, REGON 529295307. The service has been developed in Poland since 2025.
